We believe these announced events can create mispricings of securities relative to their inherent or ultimate realizable value.

We employ three main investment strategies: Merger Arbitrage, Distressed/Stressed Credit Opportunities and Special Situations. We are agnostic as to where in the capital structure an investment is made and allocate to each strategy and geography opportunistically.
