Ms. Lerner joined PSAM in 2001 as a member of the accounting team. Before becoming Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Lerner was previously the firm’s Controller. Prior to joining PSAM, Ms. Lerner was a senior auditor at Rothstein Kass & Company, P.C. and before that was an audit associate at Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Co., LLP. Ms. Lerner is a graduate of Binghamton University, School of Management, with a B.S. in Accounting and a Concentration in International Business.
